Collaborative Health Clinic hosts a multidisciplinary group of healthcare professionals, who provide a wide variety of treatment services across therapeutic disciplines. This allows us to better treat the body holistically, or ‘as a whole’. From prevention to symptom management, self-exploration to health optimization, self-care to managing impairment, our group of practitioners has something to offer to every member of your family. Long of the short is, we’ve got you covered, but don’t just take our word for it.

Our providers also offer complimentary 15 minute meet-and-greet appointments if you would like help deciding on a treatment, or a staff member who may be the best fit for you. We also have treatment coordinators to help assess areas of challenges and provide treatment options if you are feeling unsure where to begin.

We offer nutrition counselling, meal planning, and lifestyle coaching for weight management, diabetes, heart health, PCOS, fertility, menopause, body image, infant/toddler nutrition, picky eating, plant-based diets, IBS + digestive health, and other presenting concerns. Cassie is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who’s been practicing in massage therapy for the past 9 years. She graduated with her 2 year massage therapy diploma from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2015.

Cassie takes a client-centred, treatment-based approach to massage therapy. It is important to her that her clients leave feeling like they got what they wanted out of the treatment. She is knowledgeable in her field, and will recommend optional stretches or exercises if she feels it will benefit the client.

Cassie specializes in treating temporal mandibular joint disorder (TMJ) by accessing muscles of the jaw through the mouth with intraoral TMJ massage, as well as externally through the face and neck.

Cassie also has additional training in breast massage, and has many years of experience with perinatal massage, repetitive strain injuries, pain management, deep tissue massage and relaxation massage.

Kathlyn is a Certified Athletic Therapist with additional training in Trauma Informed Somatic Therapies and Breathwork as well as Integrative Herbalism. She received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2015. She offers continuing education embodiment training programs through Enhanced Therapeutic Embodiment, and is currently completing training in Integrative Herbal Medicine.

Kathlyn’s therapy practice is a combination of conventional physical rehabilitation integrated with holistic, trauma informed treatments. She believes that embodied wellbeing includes all aspects of the self, including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, which is reflected through her therapeutic approach with clients.
